Ordering

• Online: You can order online using our shopping cart, once you have found an item that interests you, simply click the "Add to Cart" button, select your destination Country and Shipping Method, and then proceed to checkout.
  
  We use PayPal to power our payments, using their secure servers to keep your details safe.

• Phone or e-mail: Your can also order by phone or e-mail, please contact us to provide product name, quantity, and shipping method preferred (if not specified, we will recommend one for you).

Payment

• We accept major credit card payment through PayPal.
  You do not have to have a PayPal account. You will be given an option to pay with PayPal or Credit Card.

• Payment by T/T (bank wire transfer), we will provide you with our banking information.

• We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes.

• Customers in France are not entitled to a shipping refund if the package is returned by French Customs.
